REFUND POLICY

As this is a sale of used goods between private individuals governed by the Serbian Law on Obligations, please review our policy on returns and refunds carefully.

1. Returns
Because of the nature of the sale (second-hand goods from an individual seller), returns are generally not accepted if the item you received matches the product description and photos on the Site. The statutory 14-day "right of withdrawal" that applies to purchases from registered companies does not apply here. We urge you to read the descriptions and examine the photos carefully before making a purchase.

2. Complaints & Exceptions
We only accept a complaint if the item you received is significantly different from its description (e.g., wrong item, a major flaw not mentioned).

If you believe this is the case, you must contact us at 11000archive@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please include your order details and photographic evidence of the issue. If the complaint is deemed valid, we will arrange a solution with you, which may include a refund or exchange.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item.
