The owner and seller on this website is a private individual, not a registered business. The Site is intended for the sale of personal, second-hand (used) clothing. All sales are conducted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia governing the sale of personal property.

2. Nature of Goods
All items for sale are second-hand and are sold on an "as-is" basis. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and clear photographs for every item to reflect its true condition. Any significant flaws or signs of wear will be noted in the product description.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Serbian Dinars (RSD). The only available payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is to be made in cash directly to the courier upon receiving your package.

4. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the Republic of Serbia only. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise. We are not liable for any damage or delays that occur during transit. In case of a damaged package, any claims should be filed directly with the courier service.

5. Disclaimer
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and understand that you are buying used goods from a private individual. Therefore, certain provisions of the Consumer Protection Act that apply to registered businesses may not be applicable to this transaction.
