SHIPPING POLICY

1. General Information
We currently ship exclusively within the Republic of Serbia. All orders are dispatched from Belgrade.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been handed over to the courier.

3. Shipping Method & Delivery
We use PostExpress (or standard domestic courier services) for all deliveries.
- Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days after dispatch.
- Please ensure your phone number is correct at checkout, as the courier will contact you before delivery.

4. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: PostExpress rates.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over 10,000 RSD.

5. Payment Method
All orders are shipped with the "Cash on Delivery" (COD / Pouzećem) option. You will pay for the goods and the shipping fee directly to the courier in cash (RSD) upon delivery.

6. Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the address was incorrect, we reserve the right to refuse future orders from that customer.
